Deliveroo is looking for an Operations Associate to oversee grocery and retail store operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment. This role involves monitoring store performance, conducting on-site training, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with store staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Performance Monitoring – Assess store performance using B10 metrics (e.g., order amendments, rejections, missing items, and cancellations).
📌 Root Cause Analysis – Identify operational issues and develop solutions to address them.
📌 On-Site Training – Train store pickers on order handling, prioritization, and substitution management.
📌 Action Plan Development – Create targeted improvement plans and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.
📌 Hardware Management – Conduct regular checks on tablets and store devices, troubleshooting as needed.
📌 Store Coordination – Work closely with store staff to manage stock, verify item availability, and streamline operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Experience: 1-2 years in retail, grocery, or delivery operations.
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile/tablet applications and basic troubleshooting.
✔ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and training skills.
✔ License & Transport: Valid driving license and own car required.
