Bybit is looking for a Financial Product Operations Assistant Intern to support its Financial Product division in business expansion and daily operations. This 6-month internship (with a possibility of renewal) offers hands-on experience in market research, competitor analysis, user acquisition, and product optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring market trends and competitors, gathering data to shape expansion strategies.

• Support the development and execution of user acquisition and activation activities (online & offline).

• Collect and analyze activity data to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Work closely with the Product and Development teams to optimize Bybit’s financial products.

• Provide real-time user feedback to improve product design and operations.

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (any relevant field).

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

• Strong learning ability, responsibility, and communication skills.

• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

• Internship Duration: Minimum 4 months, working 4+ days per week (6+ hours per day).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Internship experience in the Internet, finance, or blockchain industry.

• Experience with distributed work environments and teamwork.

• Cheerful, talkative personality with strong organizational skills.

• Previous internship experience (submission of previous work is a plus).
