Fly Zone Trampoline Park, a leading destination in hospitality and entertainment, is hiring an Operations Assistant (Assistant Operation Supervisor) to support daily park management in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires a proactive individual fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong background in hospitality or entertainment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Head Office for operational requirements.

• Conduct staff briefings, meetings, scheduling, and reporting.

• Manage staff performance reviews, evaluations, and training programs.

• Liaise with HR on staff requests (sick leave, vacation, salaries, accommodation) in line with UAE labor law (MOHRE).

• Ensure excellent customer relations and guest experience.

• Monitor safety procedures and assist with insurance claims.

• Assign duties, supervise daily staff performance, and oversee client bookings.

• Ensure staff accommodation and welfare needs are managed.

• Prepare and update job descriptions and employee responsibilities.

• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor & Accountant for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or entertainment operations.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of UAE labor law (MOHRE).

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Energetic personality with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 (depending on experience).

• 2-Year full-time contract.

• Residence visa and accommodation provided.

• Medical insurance as per UAE labor law.

• 1 day off weekly.
