• Bitunix is looking for an Operations Assistant to manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns, handle client relationships, and analyze trading data for performance optimization. This entry-level position requires strong data analysis skills, ideally in fintech or blockchain industries, and proficiency in Excel or Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Key Opinion Leader campaigns for optimal performance and engagement.

• Handle and maintain client relationships to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.

• Track key performance metrics and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

• Analyze trading data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Manage and distribute incentives and bonuses accurately.

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations departments to ensure efficient workflows.

• Adapt to market changes and meet tight deadlines when necessary.

• Work longer hours when needed to meet business demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an operations role within a crypto exchange (preferred).

• Experience in fintech or blockchain industries is advantageous.

• Strong skills in Excel or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
