PwC Middle East is hiring an Operations and Change Manager to join its Internal Firm Services team in Dubai on a contract basis. The role is critical to driving the implementation and success of the Risk & Quality (R&Q) strategy. As part of the R&Q team, you will lead performance tracking, training coordination, communications, and change management across the firm. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and support transformative projects aligned with PwC’s values and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&Q performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and dashboard reporting

• Oversee strategic alignment and delivery of R&Q initiatives across the region

• Develop and execute R&Q training programs, including onboarding sessions

• Lead and manage change initiatives by aligning communication, training, and stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate Risk & Quality communications centrally and ensure clarity across departments

• Serve as PMO for key projects, managing plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and reporting

• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in R&Q processes, systems, and policies

• Support internal audits and systems updates related to Risk & Quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, change management, or risk and quality roles

• Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and performance analytics tools

• Demonstrated experience in strategic implementation and change leadership

• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Must be eligible for work visa sponsorship and government clearance
