ABB is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for Energy Industries to lead and drive global operational excellence strategies. This role focuses on continuous improvement, best practice sharing, and performance enhancement across Regional HUBs, Global Operations Centers, and local businesses. The manager will report to the Global Division Chief Financial Officer and oversee a global team of functional experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, align, and implement the global Operations Excellence strategy in line with business priorities.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing across global teams.

• Manage frameworks for quality, engineering excellence, supply chain efficiency, and strategic application/tool management.

• Provide operational insights, data-driven benchmarking, and support senior division and function leads in performance improvement programs.

• Collaborate with Regional HUBs, Global OPCs, and Local Businesses to ensure sustainable value creation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in global operations, supply chain, engineering, or related leadership roles.

• Proven track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business transformation, ideally in industrial automation, energy, or process industries.

• Advanced skills in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of quality management, engineering processes, and supply chain optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse geographies.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Passionate about building diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
