Join NMT Group, a leading global logistics provider, as an Operation Executive based in Dubai. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and streamline daily forwarding operations, coordinate international shipments, and ensure efficient logistics execution from booking to final delivery.

🚛 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding operations for both import and export shipments (FCL, LCL, air, and sea freight).

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, shipping lines, freight agents, and customs authorities.

• Ensure accurate documentation, including shipping instructions, customs clearance, Bill of Lading, and compliance paperwork.

• Monitor shipment tracking to proactively identify and resolve any delays or disruptions.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all shipment activities and provide regular reports to management.

• Support cost optimization and improve transit time by coordinating with internal departments and external service providers.

• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations in the UAE.

• Strong understanding of UAE customs procedures, freight documentation, and international trade compliance.

• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.

• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, Calogi, or similar) and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
