This leadership role is designed for ambitious professionals with proven experience in strategy, operations, and team-building. You will lead strategic projects, optimize processes, and manage cross-functional teams to accelerate Revolut’s global growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-impact company initiatives.

• Identify and implement new growth and revenue opportunities.

• Take ownership of verticals, functions, or teams, including turnaround management.

• Build, scale, and optimize operational processes to support global growth.

• Hire, mentor, and manage multiple high-performing teams across markets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• STEM or quantitative degree from a top-tier university.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or high-growth technology firms.

• Demonstrated track record of career progression and outstanding achievement.

• Proven experience leading multiple teams with 10+ direct reports.

• International work experience or expat background preferred.
