Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a One Touch Service Agent fluent in Arabic to support the front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on providing professional, timely, and responsive service, ensuring the highest property and company standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services & Front Office Support:

• Assist in the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and problem resolution with a positive, responsive approach.

• Take ownership of assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional completion.

• Support departmental strategies and objectives, maintaining inventory, productivity, and performance targets.

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

• Work effectively with colleagues and department heads to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Promote Radisson Hotel Group’s culture, values, and service ethos.

Compliance & Development:

• Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and legislation.

• Participate in internal and external audits, performing follow-up as required.

• Continuously develop personal skills, knowledge, and experience within the front office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Front Office or hospitality.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

• National academic qualifications preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer-focused, professional, and proactive approach to tasks.
