Tether.io, the pioneer behind the world’s most widely used stablecoin USDT, is hiring a Remote Onboarding KYC Analyst based in Dubai. This role supports Tether’s Compliance Team by conducting KYC reviews, assessing client risk profiles, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll be part of a high-performing remote team pushing the boundaries of fintech innovation across digital assets, sustainable power, AI, and decentralized communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and prioritize KYC reviews, ensuring documentation aligns with compliance procedures.

• Assess customer risk profiles and request necessary documentation via professional client communication.

• Assist with regulatory compliance, operational evolution, training, and AML-related research.

• Expand AML knowledge and investigative skills using blockchain analysis tools.

• Stay current with blockchain, virtual currencies, and compliance best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University or College education preferred.

• Experience in analytical or investigative roles.

• Proficiency with name-screening tools (e.g., World Check) and case management software.

• Solid understanding of CDD/EDD processes, AML/CTF, and sanctions investigations.

• Working knowledge of blockchain technology (or willingness to learn).

• CBP and/or ACAMS certifications preferred.

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational awareness.

• Experience with blockchain analysis tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic, Ciphertrace) is a plus.
