B&S, a leading global company in the consumer goods industry, is looking for an Onboarding Employee – Product Data Management to ensure accurate and efficient product master data management. The role involves creating and maintaining product records, classifying items with customs/HS codes, improving data workflows, and supporting internal business units in data-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Product Data Management:
✔ Create and maintain product master data aligned with company standards.
✔ Classify products using customs/HS codes for compliance.
🔹 Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
✔ Evaluate and optimize data management processes.
✔ Analyze product data for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
🔹 Collaboration & Support:
✔ Consult and support business units on data-related processes.
✔ Work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.
✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
✅ Preferred Experience (Advantageous but not mandatory):
✔ Knowledge of customs/HS code classification.
✔ Process improvement experience.
✔ Background in the Food & Beverage sector.
