This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of product master data, supports customs/HS code classification, and collaborates with various business units to enhance data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Data Management:

• Create and maintain product master data as per company standards.

• Classify products using customs/HS codes and ensure compliance.

• Prepare and analyze data to maintain quality and consistency.

• Support internal business units with data-related queries and consulting.

🔹 Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Evaluate existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure data integrity and standardization across multiple business segments.

• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
✔ Experience: Prior experience in administrative, back-office, or product data management roles.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data analysis.
✔ Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset.
✔ Preferred Experience:

• Customs/HS code classification knowledge.

• Process improvement expertise.
