We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Offplan Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive offplan property sales in Dubai. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve offplan property sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and train a team of real estate sales professionals to maximize performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Conduct market research and data analysis to optimize sales strategies.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Represent the company at real estate events, networking sessions, and trade shows.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s offplan real estate market.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry, regulations, and trends.

Salary & Benefits:
