We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Offplan Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive offplan property sales in Dubai. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve offplan property sales targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of real estate sales professionals to maximize performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to optimize sales strategies.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Represent the company at real estate events, networking sessions, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s offplan real estate market.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry, regulations, and trends.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 AED 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
