First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the #1 bank in the UAE and one of the most prestigious financial institutions in the region, is seeking a motivated Officer – Customer Service to join its branch network in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, promoting banking products, and supporting clients in their financial journey. You will be responsible for processing customer requests, cross-selling products, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer experience in alignment with FAB’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.

  • Process account openings, loan applications, and other service requests.

  • Encourage customers to increase balances and migrate to premium banking programs.

  • Generate referrals for Elite and Elite Gold programs by identifying eligible customers.

  • Educate customers about FAB’s online and mobile banking channels to reduce branch traffic.

  • Support onboarding to mobile/online applications by providing live demos.

  • Resolve inquiries received from the call center and provide timely follow-ups.

  • Participate in daily sales team meetings and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.

  • Ensure compliance with FAB policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

  • Represent FAB values by delivering excellent customer service and achieving NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High School graduate or higher qualification.

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, customer service practices, and procedures.

  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
