Job Title: Office Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations while supporting key HR functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about creating a positive and efficient workplace.

As an Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities, manage internal and external communications, and assist in HR-related processes such as onboarding and employee engagement. Your leadership and organizational skills will directly contribute to workplace efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure optimal productivity and a smooth workflow.

  • Coordinate internal communications and act as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration.

  • Handle incoming inquiries, office correspondence, and facilitate seamless communication with clients and vendors.

  • Organize meetings, company events, and travel arrangements with strong attention to detail and planning efficiency.

  • Support HR tasks, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with engagement initiatives.

  • Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory using relevant office tools and project management systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, meetings, and office logistics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across teams and with external partners.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities in an administrative setting.

  • Proficiency in office software including MS Office, spreadsheets, databases, and project/task management tools.
