The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, be highly organised, and have a proactive approach to multitasking. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing team travel, coordinating meetings, and supporting HR and finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency

  • Manage and coordinate team travel and accommodation

  • Handle office supplies and facilities management

  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events

  • Handle correspondence and communications

  • Assist with HR and finance tasks as required

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in office management

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A proactive, positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities
