Job Title: Office Assistant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Assistant to support daily operations at a busy and professional office environment in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions and providing excellent support to both staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.

  • Manage and maintain the office filing system, both digital and physical.

  • Accurately record and organize important information and data.

  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional manner.

  • Update and maintain documentation, perform word processing tasks as needed.

  • Help organize, clean, and maintain office common areas and supplies.

  • Provide general support to the office team and assist with various administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree required.

  • Prior experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role preferred.

  • Proficient in word processing and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.

  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and work independently.
