Job Purpose:
To support daily operations by maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized workplace across office and project site areas. This role contributes to a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure daily cleaning and sanitization of workspaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, and washrooms.

Replenish washroom and pantry supplies (soap, tissue, sanitizers, refreshments).

Collect and dispose of waste promptly, maintaining cleanliness across common areas.

Assist with setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and preparing refreshments.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as document distribution and running small errands.

Monitor and report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Comply with company hygiene, health, and safety protocols.

Support other duties as requested to meet business needs.
Requirements:
Essential:

Knowledge of workplace hygiene and cleaning standards.

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.

Ability to work independently and proactively.

Respectful, discreet, and courteous in interactions.

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

Previous experience in hospitality or similar customer-facing roles.
Qualifications & Experience:

High School Certificate (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary:
AED 2,250–3,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
