Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within our office. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this role requires a highly organized individual who can support team members, manage office procedures, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and precision.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining office functionality, coordinating meetings, managing records, and responding to internal requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and provide administrative support to team members.

  • Manage communication flow by sorting and distributing correspondence promptly.

  • Maintain and update company records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement of required items.

  • Troubleshoot office-related issues and coordinate solutions.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external administrative queries.

  • Support in maintaining compliance with organizational policies and office procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems or other back-office software.

  • Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems.

  • In-depth understanding of office management protocols and administrative workflows.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Current residence in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
