Key Responsibilities:

Manage communication flow by sorting and distributing correspondence promptly.

Maintain and update company records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.

Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement of required items.

Troubleshoot office-related issues and coordinate solutions.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external administrative queries.

Support in maintaining compliance with organizational policies and office procedures.
