Job Title: Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to oversee office operations while actively supporting marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and marketing knowledge, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to brand promotion and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for both office management and marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Manage office supplies, schedules, and general administrative tasks.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications.

  • Assist in HR-related activities, including employee records and onboarding.

📌 Marketing Support

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Assist with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

  • Maintain and update company CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Support in the creation of marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

📌 Event & Client Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Handle client interactions, ensuring a high level of professionalism.

  • Assist in customer relationship management and engagement strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in office administration and marketing.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
✔ Experience with social media management, email marketing tools, and SEO strategies.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
