Job Title: Office Administrator & Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to support daily business operations and ensure smooth office management. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to oversee a small team, and fluency in English and Russian (Swedish/Arabic is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Administrative Support: Manage documentation for staff, partners, and leadership.

  • Team Supervision: Support and oversee a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Executive Assistance: Assist management with various business needs and handle confidential information.

  • Task Coordination: Organize schedules, meetings, and office supplies to enhance productivity.

Work Schedule:

📅 Monday to Friday
🕙 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications:

Languages: Fluent in English & Russian (Swedish/Arabic is a plus).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in office administration or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows & Mac, MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and office equipment.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Professionalism: Confident, well-presented, and skilled in workplace communication.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills for handling documentation and administrative tasks.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to handle challenges independently.
Multitasking: Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
