Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic office environment in the United Arab Emirates. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to kick-start their career in office administration.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and supporting various departments with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and route incoming phone calls efficiently.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.

  • Prepare and record detailed meeting minutes and agendas.

  • Draft, format, and distribute official correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and forms.

  • Assist in compiling and preparing routine reports.

  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of office management procedures.

  • Hands-on experience with standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience Level: 0 – 1 year

  • Location: Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional office setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
