Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell off-plan properties in Dubai’s real estate market.

• Provide expert consultation to investors and end-users on available projects, ROI, and payment plans.

• Build lasting relationships with clients by offering a trust-based and consultative sales experience.

• Manage and follow up on leads efficiently using CRM tools.

• Present properties confidently and professionally during in-person meetings and virtual sessions.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitive developments, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a focus on off-plan properties.

• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional fluency in Arabic, Farsi, Russian, or Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan developments.

• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

• RERA certification (preferred).

• Proficient in using CRM platforms and digital tools for lead management and reporting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
