In this role, you will assist clients in identifying and securing the best off-plan property investments across Dubai. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, the support of a collaborative team, and the potential to achieve real career growth in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide portfolio of off-plan real estate projects.

• Guide clients through the investment process, tailoring solutions to their financial goals.

• Stay informed on market trends, project launches, and developer offerings.

• Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and property presentations.

• Proactively manage leads and generate new prospects when necessary.

• Build long-lasting client relationships through exceptional follow-up and service.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of sales experience (real estate background is a bonus).

• Fluent in English and one additional language: French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

• Strong understanding of or interest in the Dubai real estate market.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
