As an Off Plan Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on off-plan property purchases

• Guiding them through the entire sales process, from inquiry to final transaction

• Building and maintaining relationships with developers

• Staying up to date with Dubai real estate trends and regulations

• Meeting sales targets and preparing reports/forecasts

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales, especially off-plan properties

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and legal regulations

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

• Strong organizational and time management skills
