Key Responsibilities:

• Property Marketing: Gather property information and coordinate the creation of appropriate marketing materials.

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on UAE real estate rules and regulations, and provide expert guidance on property transactions.

• Property Valuations and Viewings: Attend property valuations and showings to present properties effectively to potential buyers and tenants.

• Negotiation: Negotiate with prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring smooth progression from viewing to offer stage.

• Sales Monitoring: Track the progress of sales and work closely with managers to ensure timely follow-ups and completions.

• Lead Management: Follow up on company-generated leads and actively generate leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking.

• Market Trends: Continuously monitor and stay informed on the latest property market trends in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment is essential.

• Customer Service & Sales Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients, deliver excellent service, and close deals.

• Social Media Savvy: Ability to leverage social media and keep up to date with trends to promote properties.

• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
