Job Title: Occupational Therapist 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Occupational Therapist to assess, treat, and support children with developmental challenges. The role requires expertise in gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive functions, and self-care independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat difficulties in:

  • Gross & fine motor skills

  • Sensory processing skills

  • Cognitive/executive function skills

  • Visual perceptual skills

  • Visual-motor integration & handwriting skills

  • Self-care & independence

• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment programs.

• Provide guidance and training to parents on therapy plans.

• Maintain records and case notes while tracking patient progress.

• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated treatment plans.

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education – BA in Occupational Therapy (Master’s Degree preferred).
✅ Experience – 2+ years in pediatric occupational therapy, experience with moderate to severe conditions.
✅ Specialized Training – Postgraduate qualifications in Neurodevelopmental Therapy & Sensory Integration (advantageous).
✅ Communication Skills – Fluent in written and spoken English.
✅ Tech Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience – Minimum 2 years in pediatric therapy.

• Location – United Arab Emirates.
