The Free Spirit Collective, an integrative psychology and wellbeing center in City Walk, Dubai, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist. This hybrid role involves working both on-site at the center and remotely, providing personalized therapy, rehabilitation services, and supporting mental and emotional wellbeing for individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized occupational therapy plans.

• Implement rehabilitation programs and monitor client progress.

• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and rehabilitation techniques.

• Knowledge and experience in medicine and pediatrics.

• Strong communication skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

• Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

• Experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
