Tappy Toes Nursery, a leading early childhood education center in Dubai South, is seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher to join their team. The role involves delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and fostering children’s development through structured activities and personalized care. Candidates should have strong classroom management skills, a love for working with young children, and experience in an EYFS setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily circle time, story sessions, and planned learning activities.

• Maintain child safety through daily checklists, risk assessments, and proper documentation.

• Record each child’s routines, developmental progress, and incidents using the nursery app.

• Post daily updates and weekly reports for parents.

• Prepare and implement weekly lesson plans effectively.

• Carry out monthly and termly observations, creating detailed developmental reports.

• Collaborate with therapists and external professionals for additional child support.

• Supervise and guide Teaching Assistants in classroom preparation and activities.

• Manage classroom resources and maintain inventory.

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and nursery events.

• Ensure an inclusive, clean, safe, and culturally diverse learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (minimum). CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a nursery or early childhood setting, preferably with EYFS experience.

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills; digital literacy for planning tools and parent communication apps.

• Behavioral Competencies: High emotional intelligence, patience, teamwork, and attention to detail.
