Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS), part of the Fortes Education family, is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators for its network of nurseries in Dubai. The role focuses on nurturing children aged 6 weeks to 6 years following the British Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and International Preschool Programme. Candidates will play a key role in inspiring young learners and contributing to a high-quality early childhood education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early childhood education to children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

• Plan, organize, and execute enriched learning activities in line with the British EYFS and international preschool programmes.

• Inspire and motivate children to develop academic, social, and emotional skills.

• Act as a role model and uphold the nursery’s core values in all interactions.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management regarding student progress and wellbeing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or professional certification in Early Childhood Education (Level vocational qualification).

• Proven experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, work ethic, and commitment to student development.

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about early childhood education.
