Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursery Nurse to join a well-established nursery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged birth to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Child Care & Supervision:

• Provide daily care for young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and structured activities.

• Assist with personal care (diaper changes, toilet training, handwashing).

✅ Child Development & Learning:

• Observe and assess children’s progress to support their development.

• Plan and implement engaging activities in language, motor skills, and social interaction.

• Encourage learning through arts, crafts, music, and physical play.

• Support children emotionally, helping them develop confidence & social skills.

✅ Health & Safety:

• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the nursery.

• Administer first aid and medication as per nursery policies.

• Follow risk assessments, emergency protocols, and UAE childcare regulations.

✅ Communication & Teamwork:

• Provide regular updates to parents on children’s progress and concerns.

• Work closely with nursery staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of children’s development & special needs.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Previous experience in a nursery, daycare, or early childhood education setting.
✔ Qualification in childcare, early years education, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of child development, safety, and hygiene protocols.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (Tagalog or Arabic is a plus).
✔ Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
