Gemstones Nursery in Ajman is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead and manage daily operations in a newly opened early years setting following the British EYFS curriculum. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate early childhood leader with strong operational, educational, and communication skills. You’ll play a key role in shaping the culture and success of a dynamic new nursery and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the nursery’s academic and operational functions aligned with British EYFS standards.

• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.

• Manage the Gemstones Nursery app, ensuring regular communication and updates.

• Capture and edit high-quality visuals for marketing using tools like Photoshop or Canva.

• Oversee staff development and lesson planning, ensuring alignment with EYFS.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance with APEA, Ajman Health Authority, and other bodies.

• Handle government portals related to operations and inspections.

• Drive nursery admissions, marketing, and community growth.

• Ensure strict health, hygiene, safety, and safeguarding practices are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English speaker.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-quality early years setting.

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and UAE childcare regulations.

• CACHE Level 5 Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Photography and basic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

• Confident in using nursery apps and government compliance systems.
