Registered Nurse – Dubai, UAE (Full-Time)

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and post-treatment care.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

• Assess patient conditions and report any critical health changes to medical staff.

• Participate in departmental training programs and continuous education to enhance clinical skills.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid UAE nursing license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

• Strong clinical and patient care skills with a passion for healthcare excellence.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
