Agri Ventures FZE is hiring a NPK Plant Head to oversee and manage the daily operations of their fertilizer manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NPK or chemical plant operations with hands-on experience in plant equipment and boiler systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operation

   • Monitor and operate mixers, granulators, dryers, coolers, screens, and packaging units.

   • Control process parameters to meet quality and production goals.

   • Manage plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover processes efficiently.

2. Boiler Operation

   • Operate boilers and monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels.

   • Perform routine boiler maintenance, blow-downs, and water treatment.

   • Maintain boiler operation logs and comply with safety standards.

3. Equipment Maintenance & Coordination

   • Detect equipment anomalies and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.

   • Support preventive maintenance and ensure equipment cleanliness.

   • Maintain good housekeeping in the plant and boiler areas.

4. Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)

   • Follow all plant safety procedures and ensure use of PPE.

   • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.

   • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

5. Reporting & Documentation

   • Maintain daily production, boiler operation, and shift logs.

   • Track raw material usage, product output, and process deviations.

   • Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPK or chemical plant operations.

• Prior exposure to boiler operations is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of plant machinery and safety regulations.

• Good documentation and coordination skills.
