Hamilton Bradshaw MENA, the family office of James Caan CBE (former Dragons’ Den panellist), is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) to support its upcoming Middle East investment platform launch in 2025. With a proven track record of delivering strong shareholder returns across diverse industries, Hamilton Bradshaw offers a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious, long-standing family office. This role requires a strategic leader with strong investment acumen and the ability to evaluate opportunities while providing independent insight and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and evaluation of founders, business models, and sector positioning for investment opportunities.

• Offer strategic insights and constructive challenge during decision-making.

• Support due diligence processes to ensure robust investment evaluations.

• Leverage an established professional network to enhance deal flow and partnership opportunities.

• Contribute 2–3 days per month in Dubai, offering guidance and independent oversight.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong financial literacy with deep knowledge of investment structures and strategies.

• Proven network of advisors, introducers, and industry contacts for deal origination.

• Experience in conducting and overseeing thorough due diligence.

• Previous board-level or senior leadership experience preferred.
