As part of the prestigious InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and providing outstanding guest service in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise night operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently with professionalism and warmth.

• Oversee the night audit process and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

• Maintain hotel security by coordinating with the security team and managing emergencies.

• Monitor room availability, handle early arrivals/late check-outs, and resolve operational issues.

• Prepare handover reports and communicate shift insights to the morning team.

• Lead and support night shift front office associates.

• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, brand standards, and service excellence.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent overnight issues.

• Handle administrative tasks, guest feedback, and property reports.

Requirements:

• Previous front office experience, preferably in a supervisory or night leadership role.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, especially under pressure.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera).

• Knowledge of financial reconciliation and night audit procedures.

• Familiarity with emergency protocols and hotel safety measures.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Hospitality-related degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
