Ceenex Global LLC is hiring a Network & Security Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise-grade network and security systems at a client location in Dubai. This role is ideal for tech professionals with strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Troubleshoot network outages, latency, and connectivity issues.

• Implement and support security measures including VPNs, DNS, and firewall rules.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support and escalate critical or unresolved issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and system changes.

• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors on network and security incidents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in network and security administration.

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

• Familiarity with firewall management and network security policies.

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Traits:

• Attention to detail and reliability in mission-critical environments.

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with enterprise network monitoring tools is a plus.
