Role Description:

As the Nanny Supervisor & Tutoring Specialist, you will have a dual role in both supervising and mentoring a team of childcare professionals and tutoring children in core subjects. You will design and implement learning plans, track academic progress, and ensure the well-being of children under your care. This role requires excellent organizational, teaching, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tutoring & Education:

  • Prepare and deliver tailored lessons in subjects like English, Math, Science, and Arabic.

  • Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities.

  • Track academic performance and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

  • Coordinate with school curriculum and homework assignments to support children’s educational progress.

  • Foster a love for learning and critical thinking.

  • Identify learning difficulties and recommend strategies for support.

• Nanny & Care Coordination:

  • Supervise, train, and schedule nannies and childcare staff.

  • Monitor children’s daily activities, routines, and overall development.

  • Coordinate communication between the family and the childcare team.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for children.

  • Handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency.

  • Maintain records of children’s health, behavior, and schedules.

  • Report progress, concerns, or issues regularly to the parent/guardian.

Qualifications:

• Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in childcare supervision and educational tutoring.

  • Ability to develop and implement learning activities and track academic progress.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and parents.

  • Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching.

  • Experience in supervising childcare or nanny services.
