Job Description:

House of Enspa is seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in professional beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage, facials, and other treatments aligned with company standards. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments flawlessly as per company SOPs.

• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

• Upsell services and retail products to enhance client experience.

• Guide and mentor new team members.

• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure tools and equipment are in top condition.

• Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after each client.

• Provide expert skincare and body care advice to clients.

• Monitor client feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly.

Requirements:

• High school graduate (mandatory); diploma or certification in beauty therapy is a plus.

• 2-3 years of experience in beauty therapy, with at least 1 year in the UAE.

• Proficiency in gel and acrylic nails is an advantage.

• Strong waxing, threading, and massage skills preferred.

• Experience in eyelash and brow defining is beneficial.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to work flexible hours.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,000 to 5,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
