CRM Middle East is hiring Freelance Mystery Shoppers based in Ras Al-Khaimah. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with excellent observational and reporting skills. As a Mystery Shopper, you will conduct covert evaluations of various businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, hotels, and automotive showrooms, to help improve customer service and business standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct covert visits to assigned businesses and assess customer service quality based on given guidelines.

• Perform mystery calls to evaluate service over the phone.

• Submit detailed, objective, and timely reports highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.

• Communicate findings effectively to the management team with actionable insights and recommendations.
