Open Roles:

1. Team Leader & Supervisor

• Lead daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain a positive shopping environment and represent SKIMS brand values.

• Provide coaching and support to staff to drive performance and engagement.

2. Sales Advisor

• Deliver a best-in-class store experience for customers.

• Showcase styling expertise and in-depth product knowledge.

• Build strong customer relationships through genuine service.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

3. Visual Merchandiser

• Create engaging, brand-aligned displays that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic.

• Develop impactful window concepts and in-store product presentations.

• Ensure the store environment tells the SKIMS brand story.

• Partner with store management to execute merchandising strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school qualification or higher.

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience required.

• For leadership roles: proven experience in managing and developing teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• A passion for SKIMS products, fashion, and inclusivity.

• Enthusiastic team player with adaptability and drive.
