• Monarca International is looking for a Multimedia Specialist with a passion for design, photography, and video production. This role involves creating high-quality visuals for marketing materials, social media, and events. You will be responsible for graphic design, photography, videography, and post-production editing, while ensuring content is optimized for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing content for social media, brochures, newsletters, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Capture high-quality product, showroom, and event images with proper lighting and composition.

• Shoot and edit engaging videos for social media and campaigns using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

• Enhance video storytelling with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Ensure content optimization for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, photography, and video content creation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).

• Knowledge of color grading and sound design, with experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus.

• Strong skills in photo and video shooting, including lighting setup and composition.

• Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.

• Understanding of social media trends, platform-specific formats, and aspect ratios.

• Ability to storyboard and plan content for marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of SEO for video content (YouTube tags, descriptions, and optimization).

• Basic branding knowledge to maintain consistent brand identity.

Soft Skills:

• Creative eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to feedback and new techniques.
