Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will develop compelling visual content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver multimedia projects aligned with brand objectives.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design software to meet project specifications and deadlines.

• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure innovative and competitive outputs.

• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.

• Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia materials by creating cohesive visual identities.

• Optimize multimedia content for diverse devices and platforms, enhancing user experience and engagement.

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and solve design challenges.

• Document workflows and design processes to establish best practices and improve team efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in multimedia design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.

• Good command of English for clear verbal and written communication with teams and clients.

• Familiarity with web design principles, including basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
