Role Overview:
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to create engaging, brand-consistent content across digital and print media. This includes videos, animations, graphics, and motion content. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce videos, animations, and multimedia content from concept to completion

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to support visual storytelling

• Develop digital and print assets consistent with MultiBank’s brand identity

• Collaborate on video production including scripting, filming, and editing

• Partner with marketing and product teams to understand project objectives

• Ensure multimedia is optimized across platforms (web, mobile, print, social)

• Keep current with design trends and emerging technologies

• Integrate feedback efficiently and effectively

• Manage timelines and resources to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and design work

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Knowledge of additional tools like Blender or Creatopy is a plus

• Excellent design sense, attention to detail, and storytelling skills

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of multimedia best practices for different platforms
