Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile Maintenance Technician to join a reputable organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance operations.

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning and safety of all facility systems through proactive maintenance, swift problem-solving, and efficient repair work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities to detect and address issues early.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing lines, and mechanical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults across various systems quickly and effectively.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of tools and parts.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company maintenance standards.

• Manage and track inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies; initiate procurement when required.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training or technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing fields.

• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a similar multi-skilled role.

• Solid knowledge of building systems, including electrical panels, pumps, motors, and piping.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.

• Based in the UAE with a valid residency preferred.
