Koos, a fast-growing design & innovation agency with offices in Amsterdam, Lisbon, Berlin, and recently opened in the UAE, is seeking a talented UX Designer (Arabic-speaking) to help drive digital projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about developing intuitive, user-friendly digital products while contributing to strategic innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand the relevant needs of users and clients.

• Transform user needs into innovative digital products through UX design.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and other design outputs (Figma).

• Conduct usability tests and analyze findings to refine designs.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on strategic design projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to UX design or a similar field.

• 1+ years of relevant work experience (Medior/Senior level).

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

• Knowledge of user-centric design methods and strategies.

• A strategic, empathic, and holistic thinker with a passion for design.

• Available to start in May or June for a full-time, 40-hour work week.
