Reach Beyond Advertising is looking for a Junior Motion Designer & Videographer to join their creative team in Dubai. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about animation and video editing who want to bring visual stories to life across platforms. The candidate will collaborate with designers and editors on campaigns spanning various industries, including hospitality, fashion, tech, wellness, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos

• Collaborate with art directors and designers to animate static visuals

• Animate a variety of assets such as characters, logos, typography, and UI elements

• Edit final animations with transitions, sound, and visual effects

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions

• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines while delivering innovative content

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an Animator or Motion Designer (agency or freelance)

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse animation techniques

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus)

• Sound knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines
