Role Overview:

Holo is looking for an experienced Mortgage Manager to lead the mortgage process from lead engagement through closing. This role demands a deep understanding of the UAE mortgage landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs—alongside a passion for using technology to optimize and enhance the mortgage journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and proactively follow up on outbound leads.

• Offer clients tailored mortgage solutions across multiple UAE banks.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and build lasting relationships.

• Educate home buyers about mortgage products, eligibility, and loan procedures.

• Analyze client documents and submit applications efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with real estate partners and conduct regular partner engagement visits.

• Ensure compliance with UAE mortgage laws and maintain high service standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant, or Mortgage Broker.

• Excellent knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, products, and regulatory guidelines.

• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM tools.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• CEMAP certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-oriented, client-centric environment.
