Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and manage Revolut’s Financial Crime and AML program.

• Work with senior management to assess and mitigate regulatory compliance risks.

• Set standards for customer identification and AML compliance.

• Oversee suspicious activity reporting internally and to regulatory bodies.

• Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies and the UAE Financial Investigation Unit.

• Train and support staff on AML and compliance responsibilities.

• Respond to regulatory inquiries and manage filings with authorities.

• Support business teams in launching new features to meet compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with internal compliance teams to reduce risks and provide regulatory recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or professional certification like ICA/ACAMS preferred).

• 5+ years’ experience in an MLRO role.

• 3+ years’ experience in crypto-related compliance.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and financial crime regimes.

• Expertise in fraud detection methodologies and AML typologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Deep understanding of payment systems, technology, and mobile applications.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
