DOCIB Pharmacies & Clinic is currently hiring a qualified MOH Pharmacist for its pharmacy in Fujairah. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for licensed pharmacists looking to grow within a leading healthcare group in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should hold a valid MOH license or eligibility letter and possess sound pharmaceutical knowledge along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately read and interpret prescriptions and dispense medications per MOH regulations.

• Counsel patients on the proper use of prescribed medications, OTC products, and supplements.

• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock shortages and expiry tracking.

• Dispense OTC products including skincare, vitamins, supplements, and general health care items.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pharmacy and return unsold stock to proper locations before shift end.

• Ensure pricing and barcoding of products are in compliance with MOH and company guidelines.

• Accurately record sales and revenue transactions per company procedures.

• Report any operational concerns, misconduct, or violations that may affect the company’s reputation or operations.

• Uphold pharmacy hours, dress code, and adhere to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

• Valid MOH license or eligibility letter is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.

• Sound pharmaceutical knowledge and customer service orientation.

• Strong computer literacy and ability to use pharmacy software systems.

• Enthusiastic, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal and business skills.
